Sales Trainee

We work in a fast-growing industry. You can see it every day--embroidered jackets and caps, silkscreened T-shirts and hoodies, and then there are logoed pens, coffee mugs, calendars, and on and on. Promotional Products have proven to be a very powerful advertising tool and make great gifts. And everyone realizes that they need to promote their brand. As such, the demand for our service is unending.

We've been in business for 18 years and have determined that the secret to success in our industry is to set the standard for Customer Service and we have! With our eye on Customer Service and our constant updating of our in-house systems and procedures, we believe we have created a workplace that allows our sales staff to not only reach their goals, but to surpass them. Working in a competitive industry as we do, we make every attempt to give our sales staff the "extra" they need to succeed.

As a Salesperson in this industry, your ability to understand your customers' needs will determine your success. This is a contact-driven industry that demands professional selling skills. Your ability to generate new business is obviously key.

To succeed at Newdog you must have:

• Working knowledge of computers.
• Working knowledge of the Internet.
• Strong Time Management skills.
• Enjoy meeting people via the telephone.

Our customer profiles range from the local sports teams, small businesses, community groups, schools, charities, and large corporations, in fact we work with anyone who wants their logo imprinted.

This position is designed to train you in our systems, develop industry product knowledge, and improve your direct sales skills via telephone prospecting. If you succeed at developing these skills, we believe your future success is waiting for you.

Newdog provides a complete training package and 18 years industry experience and wants to find the right people to grow our company. Our training package consists of online manuals with hands-on work experience.

Our remuneration package is a wage of $2000 a month plus bonus package.
